Please ensure the bin is positioned at a loading dock, driveway or other location where our vehicle has safe and direct access.
Our drivers do not enter buildings or restricted areas, or use lifts, to deliver or collect bins unless this has been specifically agreed with us in advance.
The bin must be accessible for collection at the agreed time.
